Colin’s First Day

Once Coin arrived at in the NICU the doctor’s discovered that he was not getting enough oxygen so decided to put him on CPAP which gave him some extra pressure to open up his lungs and straight oxygen. They though that Colin was actually 4 weeks early and his lungs were just not ready yet.

It was hard seeing him in there but at that time we new that he would be ok and hopefully would only have to stay for the night.

That night Matt and I watched the fireworks from my hospital room praying for our little firecracker to feel better.
